How it works

Asset registration

We record brand, model, year and service history for every unit we look after.

Calendar

We set frequency by usage: yearly for homes, twice a year for commercial, quarterly for heavy duty.

Routine execution

A documented checklist covering cleaning, measurements, safety tests and wear-part replacement.

Report

You receive a report with readings, photos and recommendations for the next cycle.

Frequent questions

How often should it be done?

Once a year for residential use. For buildings and commercial sites with heavy use, every six months.

Are parts included?

Labour and cleaning materials are included. Replacement parts are quoted separately and approved before any work.

Is it worth it on a new unit?

Yes. Beyond preserving performance, most manufacturers require periodic servicing to keep the warranty valid.
